Definitions
"Client", "Customer", "Visitor": The trader being a company, partnership, sole trader or other organization or any individual, which undertakes to accept Icgems.com Services and/or purchase Icgems.com Products.
"Partner", "Affiliate": A third-party organization that provides Internet development, hosting and/or Internet access services, and/or other services to Icgems.com and/or Client.
"Services", "Products", "Merchandise": rough and faceted gemstones, carved stones, jewelry, equipment, newsletters or other gem stone industry related products and/or services.
"RMA": Return Merchandise Authorization stands for the code which is issued by the Icgems.com Inventory System and allows money refunds for the returned merchandise.
"New", "Unused": new and unused merchandise means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags (such as the hologram or shipping tags) or the case or change of cutting style of the gemstone.
Overview
Return merchandise conditions
The product must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original
packaging materials and unused certificates. Before returning an item for
a money refund, please obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
by filling the appropriate form under your Account. The RMA number must be
written on your original invoice and on the return shipping label.
- If the product you´re returning includes a special offer, the additional item(s) must also be returned, or you may choose to have the cost subtracted from your refund.
- Original shipping / handling charges will not be refunded. The Client is responsible
for all shipping costs associated with the shipment of the returned products.
- Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official RMA number will be returned to you at your expense.
Merchandise return procedures
Returning merchandise for a refund must be sent prepaid and insured for the full purchase price using Federal Express (from Continental US, excluding Alaska and Hawaii) or another traceable carrier. Use of other traceable carriers other than Federal Express will require advance approval from us. The merchandise should be returned to the address specified on the RMA form. This address will be:

PLEASE DO NOT WRITE JEWELRY, DIAMONDS OR ANY OTHER IDENTIFIABLE LUXURY ITEM WORD IN ORDER TO PROTECT THE PACKAGE AGAINST POSSIBLE THEFT DURING TRANSPORTATION.
Non refundable merchandize
Some Special, Discounted of Promotional Offers, have no return policy.
This merchandise is clearly marked with the label "NO RETURN".
Return policies does not applied to:
- All rough stones, in all categories.
- All credit line purchases.
- Items that are labelled as "NO RETURN".
