Rutiled Quartz is a stone produced by large inclusions of rutile needles in clear quartz. Rutilated quartz is sometimes used as a semi-precious stone or for carvings. This stone is produced because at high temperatures and pressure, n(SiO2)-n(TiO2) is in a stable state but as temperatures cool and pressure eases the two separate with rutile crystals trapped inside the quartz crystals.
There are 86 Rutile Quartz(s) organised in the following categories: Beads, Cabochon Lot, Cabochon Single, Carving Single, Facet Lot, Facet Single, gemstones.
Price of our Rutile Quartz range from USD 16.00 to USD 181.00 and all gemstones are 100% natural. No lab, created or synthetic gemstones.
We grade our stones with strict adherence to current GIA (Gemological Institute of America) standards for color, tone, hue, saturation and clarity and all gems are identified and graded only by GIA certified gemologists.
