Icgems.com is the trading name for CAROL I.C. GEMS CO. LTD, a joint venture between German, Russian, Thai and Dutch shareholders registered in Thailand and located in Bangkok, home to the world´s largest cache of top-quality gems.
Icgems.com website is maintained and operated by CAROL I C GEMS CO. LTD from its headquarters in Bangkok.
Indochine House Ltd (DBA: NetComposite) provides technical and administrative support,
such as hosting, development, website updates, promotional campaigns, etc.
Navigating the website
To move quickly and easily through the main sections of our website,
use the navigation icons at the top and left of every page. The top navigation icons
takes you through to main sections such as gemstones, search or shop.
The navigation bar on the right (which changes slightly depending on which page
your currently visiting) will take you through to special features and other items
of interest.
The breadcrumb trail links let you know where you are. The crumb trail appears
just beneath the top bar on each page of the website course.
There is a handy search bar at the top of every page, which you can use to
conveniently and quickly search for whatever gemstone pr page you require.
If you are a little confused about where anything is, try our comprehensive
website map which is an index of all the main sections of our site and is a great
place to launch your explorations from.
Finding what you want
You can browse or search
for the gemstones you would like to order. There is a keyword search box located
on every page of our website. You will also find links to browse
lists and more detailed product-specific searches in the left navigation bar
on every gemstone related page.

and features to help you decide from our gemstones home page.
Prices and Discounts
We offer you consistently low prices on our entire inventory. The
total cost of a gemstone is determined by adding the Icgems.com price (displayed in
the gemstone detail page) and the cost of shipping
the item to you. The shipping cost varies depending on the method
you have chosen.
The main price quoted on our website is in U.S, dollars. You can choose to display
indicative prices in one of your preferred currency. However, the credit card transaction will be completed in
sterling (British pounds) and will be converted at your bank´s prevailing
exchange rate.
Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed
on the item´s product detail page.
We indicate discounted gemstones by displaying "List Price", "Our Price& (or the price for which we are selling the item), and "You Save" (the
difference between List Price and Our Price). We do not offer additional discounts
on large orders of a single item or on large orders of many individual items.
Placing your first order
Find gemstones
First you will need to browse
or search for the gemstones
you would like to order. When you find an item that interests you,
click the name of the item to see its detail page. Here you
will find more information about the item, including an availability
estimate of how long it will take before the item will be ready to
leave our office.
Add gemstones to our shopping cart
If you decided to order a gemstone from Icgems.com, press the "ADD TO
SHOPPING BASKET" button on the gemstone´s detail page.
You can access the contents of your Shopping Basket at any time by clicking
the Shopping Basket icon at the top of every page of our website.
Proceed to order checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you have placed in your Shopping Basket.
When you are ready to place an order for everything in the Shopping Basket,
click the "Order Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first
page of the order form.
Enter your e-mail address, indicate that you are a new customer, and click
the "Next Step" button. Please note, that the e-mail address you provide
here will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about your orders.
As our welcomed first time customer, please provide the default information
about yourself, such as your address, which you may use as a shipping and/or
billing address and create a password.
Complete order checkout and submit your order
Follow easy onscreen instructions and select your delivery address,
shipping and payment methods.
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments.
When you are ready, click the "CONFIRM THIS ORDER" button to submit your
order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message.
We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.
Track your order
If you would like to review or change something about the order you placed
before it enters the shipping process, click Account icon in the
top right corner of all pages on our website.
