Completing the auction transaction

If you are a first time customer of Icgems.com and have won some of our auctions at Ebay, Yahoo or Amazon, please read below, otherwise sign in to your account and follow the easy on screen instructions.

After winning the auction you will receive notification by email within 24 hours which will contain instructions on how to complete your transaction.

The auction transaction must be completed within 20 days after the auction has ended, otherwise it will be cancelled and negative feedback posted.

Finally, look over our items listing and enter your maximum bid in the box at the bottom of the detail item page. You must registered as a user at the auction website. And please do not bid, if you are not going to complete your buying transaction.

Step 1, - review your unpaid auctions

To review your unpaid auctions you need to go to:

http://www.icgems.com/account/auctions/

and sign in using the same e-mail address you used at the auction site. If there are any pending auctions for you to pay, a list of your confirmed bids will appear. Please note that it will take up to 48 hours to update our system and if nothing is shown, please check later.

Step 2, - select unpaid auctions

If there are any pending auctions for you to pay, a list of your confirmed bids will appear. Select the items (checkmark box on the left of each item) you are ready to pay for and click the "ADD TO SHOPPING BASKET" button located under items list. All items you select to pay will be placed into the shopping basket for your final review. Click the "ORDER CHECKOUT" button to start the checkout process. You will be prompted to enter your shipping address and select shipping and payment methods.

How do your Dutch Auctions works?

Dutch Auction listings are sold by pieces and when bidding on these auctions you must purchase within the stated minimum and maximum sizes. Please note, that you are unable to specify cuts, types, colors, weights and sizes when purchasing from our Dutch Auctions, as the lot is divided randomly among all successful bidders. Generally, the more you bid, the greater chance you have of obtaining a greater variety and selection.
