Order form troubleshooting

If you are receiving an error message or having other difficulties completing our on-line order checkout, please read through the suggestions below.

To shop at Icgems.com you need to have cookies enabled. Cookies are tiny text files stored on your computer when you visit certain web pages. Icgems.com uses cookies to keep track of what you have in your shopping basket. Cookies cannot harm your computer and do not contain any personal or private information. If your cookies are disabled we will show a special page with instructions on how to enable them.

If you partially completed the registration previously, the system will not allow you to re-register using the same email address. Please use your password to sign in, or if you do not remember your password, request password assistance and we will send your password to your e-mail address within a few minutes.

Error message on payment page

Make sure that you have selected the correct credit card type and expiration date from the dropdown menus. Verify that the credit card number was entered correctly, without any spaces or dashes. If you are using a new (or recently reissued) credit card, please be sure that you have activated the new card before entering it into the order form.

Gift certificate or promotional claim code is not accepted.

Make sure that you are entering the claim code exactly as it appears on your gift certificate or promotional offer, and that the code has not expired. If the code is correct, then it is likely that your order does not meet the qualifications for using the gift certificate or promotional code. Please check our list of gift certificate restrictions or promotional code restrictions.

Page keeps looping back or is not updating.

If you are being looped back to the same page on the order form, or the form is not updating when you make changes, this may happen if your web browser is caching, or storing, an old copy of the page. You can force your browser to update the page by holding down the Shift key on your keyboard and simultaneously clicking the Reload or Refresh button on your browser.

Page not displayed

All order checkout pages are secure. Some browsers do not support secure sign in. If you are using a proxy server to access the Internet, the proxy server may not support secure sign in. (In other words, if you are not directly connected to the Internet and are going through a gateway or firewall, you may not be able to use secure sign in.) From the menu bar, select Tools > Internet Options > Advanced and Restore Defaults. Make sure that the checkboxes are checked for Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) under the security section.
